For Full Service Design
The time it takes to complete a project can vary based on several factors, including its complexity, size, and the space involved. We’ll take a close look at your specific needs to determine the necessary time and costs. Our goal is to work closely with you, respecting your schedule and budget

Discovery Call
The discovery call is where it all begins! We’ll chat about your project details — style, budget, timeline, and your vision for the space. This call helps us understand your needs and lifestyle so we can create a design that feels perfectly you.

In-Home Assessment ($250 Fee)
After our discovery call, we’ll schedule a home consultation to assess your space — either in person (within 150 miles of Huntsville, AL) or virtually if you’re farther away. During the consultation, we’ll walk through each area together, explore design possibilities, and capture photos and measurements for every room being transformed.

​The consultation fee is $250, which will be credited toward your final project fee if you choose to move forward with our services.

Proposal and Contract
After our in-home consultation, we’ll send over a proposal outlining estimated hours, fees, timeline, and policies, Once you approve it, we’ll provide a contract for review and signature. To get started, we require the signed contract and a project deposit.

Design Phase
Now for the fun part! We’ll start by developing the floor plan and refining your style preferences, creating a mood board with sketches and photos to bring the vision to life. Once we’ve agreed on the concept, we’ll dive into sourcing fabrics, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and materials, carefully selecting each piece and gathering quotes. We’ll stay in touch throughout this phase with regular updates and meetings to ensure everything is aligned and on track.

Procurement & Project Management
Once the design board is approved, clients are sent a purchasing invoice. After payment is received, we'll take care of ordering all items and managing deliveries. We'll also coordinate any necessary trades.

Installation
Once all items are delivered and trades are complete, we'll schedule an installation date (or dates).
Please note, we don't stage spaces — we create personalized designs with a minimalist touch. The final pieces will stay in your home, allowing you to fully enjoy your newly transformed space.
